About Ashley Brownfield

Born and raised in Bloomington/Normal, I am proud to call this community home. As a Bloomington, IL Realtor, Normal, IL Realtor, and McLean County Real Estate Agent, I have been helping buyers and sellers navigate the local real estate market since 2013. I am proud to be a member of the Brownfield & Kniery Group and have been fortunate to help build and contribute to some of the area’s top performing real estate teams.

Real Estate is more than a career to me. It is about people, relationships, and helping families through some of life’s biggest transitions. Whether you are buying your first home, selling, relocating, downsizing, building new construction, or investing in real estate, I bring local knowledge, experience, honesty, and genuine care to every transaction.

The most important things in my life are family and giving back. I married my high school sweetheart, and we have two kids and a very spoiled long haired miniature dachshund. I am also a Breast Cancer Survivor, an experience that changed my perspective on life and strengthened my desire to help others. Because of that journey, a portion of every real estate sale I am involved in is donated to help someone currently fighting breast cancer.

When I am not helping clients, you can usually find me spending time with my family, gardening, or playing Bingo. I believe in working hard, treating people the way I would want to be treated, and always doing what is right for my clients.
